The Panel is currently engaged to source a DP Support Associate on behalf of a reputable Investment Management Company in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis
In this role you will act as the Main point of contact for the entities Designated Persons for Risk & Investment Management to enable them to discharge their regulatory obligations in respect of each of their managerial functions. You will also provide ad hoc support to Designated Persons for Regulatory Compliance, Distribution and Capital & Financial Management as required
This is a role with great variation that has scope to evolve into a DP Role in the future

Responsibilities
- Assist with policy and procedural updates that reflect on-going regulatory developments and any other requirements as determined by the Boards, including SLAs
- Support the onboarding of new funds, individual portfolio management (“IPM") and Advisory mandates by participating and contributing to the preparation of requests-for-proposal (“RFPs”), relevant policies and procedures and carrying out initial and on-going due diligence of IPM/Advisory clients
- Assist with the ongoing identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of Operational and Fund Risk
- Undertake Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), Maintain Key Risk Registers for the Company and the Funds, Monitor KRIs and report against Key Risks
- Review and undertake updates to the Risk Management Process, Policies, Procedures and Risk Management Framework as required
- Assist with the management and reporting of incidents understanding root causes, process deficiencies and control enhancements
- Review monthly reporting and work collaboratively with key delegates, service providers and colleagues
- Prepare materials, attend and record meetings with delegated Investment Manager and retained Investment Manager
- Monitoring the asset allocation and performance of all Listed Equity and Fixed Income Sub-Funds
- Attendance at Investment Committee meetings for both Listed Investments and Fixed Income
- Compile monthly/quarterly reporting for the Designated Person with responsibility for Investment Management (“DPIM”) (and onward reporting to the) Operational Committee and Boards
- Provide ad hoc support to Designated Persons for Regulatory Compliance, Distribution and Capital & Financial Management as required
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an Investment/ Risk function in an Asset Management, Fund Administration or Management Company entity
- Exposure to Fixed Income products highly desirable
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with several internal teams and external delegates
- Ability to multitask and work in a fluid capacity and willingness to upskill on tasks where required
