Enterprise Technology Risk Manager

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the rollout of a top-tier technology risk framework.
2. Collaborate with first-line teams to assess and address systems, cloud, and security risks.
3. Manage technology and security-related incidents effectively.
4. Develop risk policies, key risk indicators, and appetite statements.
5. Champion a strong risk culture focused on prevention.
6. Ensure compliance with key regulations (DORA, SEPA, AI Act, etc.).
7. Create data-driven reports promoting accountability and transparency.
8. Address emerging risks like cloud computing and cybersecurity threats proactively.

Requirements include:

1. 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity or risk management.
2. Expertise in risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance.
3. Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
4. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
5. Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
