Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership as part of the executive team

• Manage and develop the finance function to support international growth

• Partner with sales teams to structure and negotiate value-driven deals

• Support decision-making with high-quality financial insight and analysis

• Lead commercial initiatives to enhance margins and increase shareholder value

• Engage with external investors and funding partners as the business scales

• Take ownership of IT, HR, and operational functions to ensure alignment and efficiency

• Drive performance, challenge assumptions, and focus the business on value, not just cost

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven CFO experience in B2C and/or manufacturing environments

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset

• Experience scaling a business with international sales exposure

• Excellent business partnering skills across functions and senior stakeholders
