About the Role
Our client is seeking a PMO Lead to drive change and influence key decision-makers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing team, and solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the PMO across business transformation projects, from planning to execution.

Manage PMO Analysts and oversee programme artefacts and processes.

Support Programme Manager with governance and senior executive reporting.

Monitor programme risks, compliance, and status reporting.

Oversee financials, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.

Assist project managers with milestone planning, change controls, and dependencies.
-
Drive benefits realisation and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
Consulting & Leadership Responsibilities:

Support business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership.

Ensure operational metrics and internal processes are met.

Coach and mentor junior team members, guiding career development.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve challenges.

Develop high-quality reports and communicate with senior leadership.

Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Skills & Experience Required:
-
7+ years’ experience in a PMO Lead role within financial services.
-
Strong financial, stakeholder, and people management experience.
-
Proven track record in managing complex projects end-to-end.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate uncertainty.

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools (e.g., Clarity).
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management and/or Agile certification (PRINCE2, Scrum Master).

Experience in management consulting is advantageous.
