My client is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Manager to join their growing Technology Consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale engagements, drive business development, and shape the AI & automation landscape in the Irish market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI & automation projects, delivering impactful solutions for clients.
• Identify opportunities where AI & automation can drive efficiencies, reduce risk, and create value.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define strategies and implement AI-driven transformations.
• Grow and manage consulting teams, developing new technology-based offerings.
• Represent my client as an industry thought leader in AI & automation.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• 8+ years' experience in technology consulting, with a focus on AI & automation.
• Proven expertise in intelligent automation, AI development, and architecture.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Business development experience, including offering design and sales strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or management.

Desirable:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• A track record of leading technology-driven business transformations.
