Are you a detail-oriented PMO professional who thrives on ensuring complex programmes stay on track? Do you have experience managing third-party dependencies and holding key stakeholders accountable? If so, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
We are looking for a PMO Coordinator to support a busy team of Programme Managers working across multiple projects with major third-party partners and internal teams.
You won’t be directly delivering the projects, but you will be the driving force behind ensuring all parties deliver what they’ve committed to—on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Track and monitor project dependencies across multiple third parties
2. Ensure external vendors meet agreed-upon milestones and commitments
3. Identify and escalate delays, risks, and issues proactively
4. Chase third parties when necessary to maintain project momentum
5. Support Programme Managers by providing regular updates and insights
6. Maintain structured reporting on project progress and risks
Requirements include:
1. Strong PMO experience, ideally in large-scale programmes
2. Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to push third parties to deliver
3. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
4. Strong reporting and tracking skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar tools)
5. Experience working with external vendors and ensuring accountability
