This is a full-time permanent office based role
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately process weekly payroll.
- Handle all payroll-related data in the payroll system according to the agreed schedule and revenue deadlines.
- Promptly address and resolve employee requests and queries.
- Prepare and process weekly payroll with high accuracy for both UK and Ireland.
- Manually input timesheets.
- Perform Excel calculations and analyses.
- Prepare and send out weekly invoices to clients.
- Enter invoices into accounting software.
- Adhere to internal deadlines for payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience required,
- Experience with Brightpay payroll software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Expert knowledge of payroll processes and related accounting practices.
