We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Client Onboarding to manage key accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. You will act as the primary client contact, driving process improvements and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer success.

- Oversee client onboarding and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads and Business Operations to exceed service delivery expectations.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Lead client reporting and business review meetings with data-driven insights.
- Proactively handle client requests, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow accounts and foster long-term relationships.
Skills & Qualifications required:
- 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success and Project Management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) preferred.
- PMP, Prince2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- You should have excellent communications, listening and influencing skills.
