Our client, a Global Outsourcing Business Services company is looking to appoint a Compliance Officer to join their expanding team.

The Role

• To design, implement, and maintain compliance strategies that align with privacy, data protection, and regulatory requirements across their Global regions.

• Main point of contact for regulatory authorities and industry groups.

• Monitor global and regional regulatory changes, especially around privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA. 

• Ensure compliance policies work seamlessly across the GCC, UK, US, and LATAM markets, providing guidance to our internal teams in sales, marketing, IT, and other departments.

• Leading internal audits and documenting compliance efforts will be a key part of your role. You’ll work closely with our senior management team to make sure that our compliance strategies align with the overall goals of the company.

The Candidate

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or something related. Compliance Certification is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience working in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role, particularly around privacy and data protection.
• If you’ve worked across multiple regions, especially the GCC, UK, US, and LATAM, even better!
• Comfortable with drafting compliance-related documents like terms & conditions and privacy policies.
