Our client is a global investment manager with an established presence in Dublin.
There are 6 experienced lawyers on this core legal team (and additional members on the wider team). The team is now keen to hire an additional Legal Counsel in Dublin.
This position will suit qualified funds solicitors / barristers with 5 - 7 years pqe.
Reporting to the Head of Legal in Dublin, this role requires lawyers with:
- Familiarity with regulations, particularly in the context of UCITS products in Ireland and the UK, as well as EU/UK MiFID requirements.
- Experience in providing legal services related to portfolio management, investments, and debt offerings.
