Financial Controller
Reports to: Managing Director
We are looking for a high calibre ambitious person who is interested in joining a hard-working team and who can take an existing finance function and develop it into a value add function.
This is a vital role within the company and will play an active involvement in all our operation processes. The goal of achieving continuous efficiency improvement will form an integral part of the role, while working to the strictest of deadlines in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Salary: €100k - €110k plus benefits.

The main duties will include the following but not limited to:
- The production of timely, relevant and accurate management Information/accounts on a weekly/monthly basis incorporating cashflow management and control, together with the overall management of annual statutory reporting requirements.
- Determining and monitoring key performance indicators including wage/purchase costs together with all other expenditure and deliver action plans where necessary to adjust.
- Control a centralised accounting system to ensure accounts are effectively and efficiently produced in a timely manner.
- To prepare, deliver and present costings, plans and projections to management for approval
- Liaise with banks, external auditors and other external service providers.
- Manage and develop the3 finance team.
The person:
- Qualified Accountant with several years’ pqe
- Experience within the SME sector or working with an owner managed business an advantage
- Commercial and analytically focussed
- Strategic mindset
- Staff management experience
Salary: €100k - €110k plus benefits.
