Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of our innovative solutions in the leasing and investor product sectors. As a key player in our product team, you will lead initiatives, collaborate with ctechnical teams and internal stakeholders, and shape the product roadmap for our platform’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with business objectives and client needs.

2. Collaborate with agile development teams to clearly communicate requirements, refine user stories, and guide sprint planning.

3. Define actionable development requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.

4. Gain a deep understanding of product concepts and how they contribute to the overall vision.

5. Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product strategy.

6. Contribute to the product delivery process, including coordinating QA testing, validating new features, and ensuring model accuracy and usability.

7. Proactively identify and implement product improvements and process optimizations.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience in a product role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

2. Strong background in financial modeling or ownership, with experience in product development.

3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

4. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

5. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).

6. Proficiency in Excel or other analytics tools; financial modeling experience is advantageous.

7. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a flexible, hands-on approach.
