Finance Manager
This newly created role will oversee the financial operations of several companies within the division and will involve regular interaction with senior management. This opportunity offers broad exposure across a dynamic finance function in a well-established organisation, based in West Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, commercially focused, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing sensitive information with discretion. This position reports directly to the Divisional Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Actively contribute as part of the wider Commercial Division team
- Support the delivery of divisional targets
- Communicate finance concepts clearly to non-finance colleagues
- Contribute to commercial and operational decision-making processes
- Lead or assist on ad hoc projects as required
- Assist in producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Prepare commentary on variances versus budget and prior year
- Perform month-end reconciliations
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Deliver KPI reporting and analysis
- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements
- Enhance and standardise divisional reporting, developing new reporting tools as needed
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and in-year forecasts
- Support long-term financial planning for the division
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
- Analyse working capital components such as stock, debtors, and creditors
- Liaise with banks and credit providers on operational matters
- Prepare regulatory, statutory, and tax returns as required
- Support external audit processes
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Contribute to ad hoc finance or cross-functional projects

- Qualified Accountant with 2 – 4 years’ pqe
- Confident, self-driven, and collaborative team player
- Commercially and strategically minded
- Analytical, naturally inquisitive, and highly attentive to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
