Responsibilities include:
- Project manage workstreams across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project execution and close-out.
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, Product Owners, and Solutions Delivery Managers to drive programme/project outcomes.
- Lead or support the delivery of projects based on agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Plan and manage projects, including definition of project scope, planning, and monitoring of delivery.
- Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues across the programme/project.
- Monitor benefits realisation through key outcome metrics and maintain a standard-format roadmap of inflight deliverables.
Requirements include:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a project management role within financial services.
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects and strong presentation skills.
- Experience working on projects through the full delivery life cycle.
- Project Management Certification and/or Agile certification desirable (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Highly experienced in financial, stakeholder, and people management.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
