Infrastructure Project Manager

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex programmes that drive customer-focused transformation, streamline operations, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Lead the delivery of large-scale change programmes across technical and business domains

2. Oversee governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

3. Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs, on time and within budget

4. Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements include:

1. Proven track record in delivering major transformation programmes

2. Financial services and/or retail banking experience essential

3. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean and Six Sigma tools

4. Ideally 10+ years in project delivery roles, with relevant PM qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)

5. Strong leadership and communication skills
