Our client is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join their team and act as a strategic partner to their Commercial organization. This role is crucial in bringing analytical rigor and predictive insights to optimize revenue operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, coupled with business acumen and a passion for solving high-impact commercial problems through data.

- Develop and define metrics and data modeling requirements for Commercial reporting, creating visualizations to aid stakeholders in decision-making.
- Design, build, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and pricing optimization.
- Conduct controlled experiments to test commercial strategies with statistical rigor and develop data-driven strategies for pipeline management and sales incentives.
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies to extract actionable insights from client data at scale.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and tools used for future reference and training.
- Undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in predictive modeling and data visualization.
- Proficiency in using Snowflake and familiarity with relational databases.
- 6 to 10 years of related work experience in data science or analytics roles.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools, with advanced knowledge of Power BI considered an asset.
