We’re looking for a Delivery Director with strong expertise in Financial Services, especially banking, to lead large-scale projects and drive strategic client partnerships.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee complex, high-value project delivery (€50m–€100m portfolios)
- Build strong client relationships and lead account growth
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure delivery excellence
- Lead innovation initiatives and contribute to solution development
- Ensure financial and operational goals are met across key accounts
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership in large-scale banking/financial services projects
- Strong consultancy background and client engagement skills
- Experience with P&L, operations, and risk management
- Ability to lead distributed, agile teams and drive innovation
- Strategic thinker with clear communication and decision-making skills
- MBA or similar qualification is a plus
