My client is a fast-growing retail/services company based in West Dublin. They are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Accounts Payable Team Lead to assist with the AP function.
This is a 9-month maternity cover contract.

You will report into the CFO
Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting – cash forecast, accruals
- Month-end close processes and financial procedures
- Monthly/weekly payments – familiar with bulk SEPA file generation via SAP and BOI business online/FX manual payment platforms
- Posting invoices, 3-way match POs, coding, approvals, reconciliations
- All other generic/day to day AP processes
- Excel – vlookups, pivot tables.
Requirements:
- SAP experience essential
- Senior AP experience 3-4 years (P2P)
- Strong organisational and attention to detail.
