- Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and design solutions that align with customer goals.
- Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts, supporting their growth and development.
- Conduct research to identify existing solutions and assess the impact of changes on systems and processes.
- Support budgeting, scoping, and planning of solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Create detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Definitions and Project Definition Documents.
Requirements include:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and 10+ years in the Financial Services sector.
- Certification or training in BPMN, Business Analysis, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in delivering business analysis across project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience in various types of business analysis, including data, systems, and process analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Confluence and JIRA.
