Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their team in a fast-paced and agile environment. This role involves working closely with business partners to deliver impactful change across various services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience, streamlining processes, and reducing costs. Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and facilitate the design of business and technology solutions.
2. Support the Product Owner and Project Manager by ensuring all requirements are met, including regulatory, infrastructure, IT security, risk, and implementation aspects.
3. Lead the development of Business Analyst artifacts while adhering to compliance and governance frameworks throughout the SDLC.
4. Communicate requirements effectively between IT and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive alignment.
5. Mentor Business Analysts and contribute to the development of the Business Analyst practice within the organization.

Requirements include:

1. Proven track record with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Experience in Financial Services is essential for this position.
3. Certification or training in BPMN, Business Analysis (PBA, CBDA, BCS, Lean Six Sigma), Scrum, Agile, or equivalent.
4. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and capturing requirements for these methodologies.
5. Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office, and VISIO or other mapping tools.
