Our client, a leading global fund manager in Dublin, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of their Dublin office while providing comprehensive support to the founding partners based internationally. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be a key contributor to the company's collaborative and professional culture.

- Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management for the founding partners.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, often with senior stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organised and professional workplace.
- Lead planning and execution of internal meetings and events, including catering and tech setup.
- Process expense reports and invoices accurately, supporting finance administration and compliance.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within professional or financial services.
- Highly organised, with strong time-management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financial/admin software.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
