Senior Product Manager – Fund Admin Security Services

In this role you will focus on driving the product strategy, roadmap, management and development within Private Assets – Real Estate market.

The role will include client engagement, analyzing client requirements, designing solutions/operating model and working with the project team on implementation. You will work with various team members within the product team and also other key stakeholders including Senior Business Management, Service Delivery, Product Delivery and IT to build solutions as per requirements.

The ideal candidate will have

1. Over 10+ years operational experience in Funds Admin, Security Services and Private Assets with a proven track record working in Real Estate fund administration.
2. In-depth knowledge of private asset classes (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit)
3. Good understanding of the private assets funds industry and in particular fund administration product.

AND

Technology / Systems / Platforms

1. Has a very good background of the core technology platforms that support the Private Assets – Real Estate environment.
2. Knowledge of Yardi (Investment Management Accounting, Payscan – loan/fixed assets modules)
3. Knowledge of Investran will be an advantage.
