Our client, a respected player in the financial services sector, is hiring for a newly created Office Manager role. This is a key position that will support senior leadership while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations of office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
