 Fixed-Term Contract - Dublin 

We’re looking for a passionate Training, Awareness and Business Engagement Lead to join our Cybersecurity team on a fixed-term contract based in Dublin.

In this critical role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive cybersecurity training and awareness programme, helping drive secure behaviour and reduce human risk across the organisation. You'll develop engaging content, run phishing simulations, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed a strong cybersecurity culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cybersecurity training and awareness framework

• Design and deliver e-learning, workshops, and phishing simulations

• Run annual training campaigns aligned with evolving threats and compliance needs

• Track training effectiveness through metrics, surveys, and simulations

• Engage with internal teams to promote secure practices across the business

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, training, or awareness-focused roles

• Strong knowledge of human risk, behaviour change, and security awareness

• Experience designing content and using LMS and simulation tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
