Our client is a successful boutique commercial firm based in north-west Dublin.
They offer legal services to a long standing client base across corporate/commercial, commercial property and private client.
The MP is now keen to hire an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with min. 5 years pqe.
There is a solid flow of interesting work and client assignments, so this will role will really suit someone who enjoys a thriving and collegiate environment.
There is also an existing and experienced team, so you will be well supported.
This will suit:
- An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with min. 5 years pqe
- Experience of commercial leases, buying and selling commercial properties, handling landlord and tenant issues, acting for developers.
- Someone who is keen to build this function out further, you will be supported to do so and rewarded for your efforts
- Applicants who can work independently and want a flexible working environment
