Our client is seeking a dedicated ETF Operations Supervisor to join their dynamic team within the ETF operations department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETF valuations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures and global standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to Graduate ETF Operations Administrators.
• Facilitate the successful onboarding of new funds and business implementations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and global offices to address day-to-day operational issues and initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any identified issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ETF operations, with expertise in a range of fund types.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional development, ideally through a Career Path Programme.
• Excellent client service skills and a track record of delivering key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Sound understanding of risk management and its application in ETF processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
