Our airline client are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their Dublin Airport based finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a full time, permanent role and an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join a growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end process, including the preparation of monthly management accounts along with variance analysis and commentary
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for all stakeholders;
- Assist Finance Director with cashflow forecasting and the annual budgetary process;
- Supervise preparation and filing of Revenue returns;
- Prepare and manage any regulatory returns;
- Adhere to and improve internal processes and procedures;
- Supervise the process of Revenue recognition
- Manage and monitor supplier invoice processing to ensure accuracy of data and timeliness of payments to suppliers.
- Attend to adhoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA
- Ideally 2+ years industry experience
- Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for deliverables
- Aviation industry experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good working knowledge of Excel is required
