Our client, a leading global aviation finance company, is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving technology and process optimization projects that align with the company's strategic mission.

- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and co-design solutions, including end-to-end testing and post-implementation support.
- Assist in the implementation of process and technology solutions, managing project plans, timelines, roadmaps, budgets, and logs.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure software meets customer requirements.
- Lead demos and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user experience testing for technology solutions.
- Collaborate with external technology providers to test ongoing technology solution development and manage change requests.
Requirements include:
- A relevant third-level qualification with at least two years of experience in a business analyst role or similar.
- Strong understanding of project and program management techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in project management and technology implementation, with a proven track record in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrable experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is advantageous, along with knowledge of the aircraft leasing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
