Strategic Commercial Enablement and Excellence Director
In this role you will design and scale a “best in class” commercial enablement solution - systems, tools, and practices to enable growth.
This is a high visibility role and you will work with the senior commercial leadership team, driving effectiveness across sales, enhance process, drive relationship management, and drive strategic initiatives.
In this role you will drive, lead and support initiatives in go-to-market strategy, sales force effectiveness, performance and productivity analytics, territory design, compensation design, forecasting, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, analytically-minded leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environments and has a passion for building scalable commercial infrastructure and transforming information into insight and insight into action. Responsibilities
- Partner with global stakeholders to develop the commercial strategy and planning aligned growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Partner with key stakeholders in Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Leasing, and Operations teams to support the go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and execute a commercial dashboard strategy to ensure key stakeholders have access to key insights.
- Partner with commercial Data & Analytics to build and implement advanced analytics capabilities to drive insights around new business acquisition and client retention
- Design sales coverage models and territory alignment to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and assist with execution of annual quota setting process aligned with Sales Incentive Compensation program
Experience
- 10+ years of experience (5+ years in leadership) with B2B or Technology/Saas companies in high-performance sales organization, sales enablement with significant exposure to global sales teams.
- strong understanding and experience with sales enablement tools and technology (i.e., Salesforce.com, PowerBi, etc.)
- Strong strategic, analytical and quantitative mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, planning, and presentation skills.
