- Collaborate with the Director to implement commercial strategies that align with corporate growth goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility of commercial performance
- Support the quota-setting process and monitor sales incentive compensation effectiveness
- Facilitate cross-functional leadership and best practice sharing with international teams
- Participate in project-based workstreams and support strategic initiatives with data analysis
The Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales enablement or business strategy
- Proven success in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with commercial systems and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and Tableau
- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field

- The company operates a hydrid working environment with 3 days in the office
- The role will pay a competitive basic salary, bonus of 10% plus and extensive benefits
- Offices are based on the LUAS in D2
