- Partner with global stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Design and execute a commercial dashboard strategy to provide predictive insights for sales and relationship management
- Develop and manage the annual quota setting process, ensuring alignment with the Sales Incentive Compensation program
- Collaborate with international teams to harmonize processes and share best practices globally
- Lead change management initiatives and drive cultural adoption of commercial operating disciplines
The Candidate
- Min 10 years of experience in B2B or Technology/SaaS companies, focusing on sales operations or enablement
- At least 5 years in a leadership capacity with significant exposure to global sales teams
- Proficient in sales enablement tools and technology, such as Salesforce.com and PowerBi
- Strong strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Primary degree in a business discipline
