I am partnering with my client a Global Investment Management Firm to appoint an Oversight Officer.
This is a permanent role answering to the CO.
The Dublin-based team maintains oversight responsibility for all portfolio management and risk management, including regulatory compliance and AML/CTF.

The Role
• Analysis of performance, initial and ongoing due diligence of the investment strategies and process
• Production of regular reporting metrics and presentations including Branch Manager and quarterly Board reporting
• Collaborating with the other oversight and control functions in ongoing monitoring of delegated portfolio management and related functions
• Internal Project representation and Industry-wide engagement
The Candidate
• Production of regular reporting metrics and presentations including Branch Manager and quarterly Board reporting
• Collaborating with the other oversight and control functions in ongoing monitoring of delegated portfolio management and related functions
• Internal Project representation and Industry-wide engagement
- 5-7 years investment oversight experience, preferably with traditional asset classes (publicly traded global equities, fixed income etc.).
- Senior analyst level supporting / deputizing for a PCF role holder (either PCF-30 ‘CIO’ in a MiFID firm or a PCF-39 Designated Person in a ManCo)
- Ready to step-up to the PCF level .
- work within the oversight team in monitoring the Portfolio Management and related activities
- supporting legal, risk and compliance colleagues across the group.
- working closely with the CO and alongside other control functions (respective PCFs for Risk and Compliance oversight).
