Our client is a scaling business based in the Midlands. Entrepreneurially run, they are now looking to hire a commercial Finance Director to their Senior Management Team.

- Hands-on, happy to coach people to do the basics well.
- Also credible at raising finance, preparing a business for sale, commercial negotiations etc.
- Experienced in scaling a business and increasing shareholder value.
- Confident to report to an excellent board and hold your own.
