Capital Markets & Finance Associate - International Law Firm

Our client is currently hiring for a Capital Markets & Finance Associate to join their highly regarded and market-leading Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions for prestigious clients both in Ireland and globally. Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation, and structured finance transactions.
• Collaborate closely with partners and fee earners in Ireland and overseas offices.
• Represent blue-chip clients in big-ticket, cross-border transactions.
• Engage in debt issuance programs, private placements, and derivatives and risk transfer arrangements.
• Participate in securitisations, including ABS, CMBS, CLOs, RMBS, and synthetic securitisations.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyers with up to 5 years post-qualification experience in finance, structured finance, or debt capital markets.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
• High level of commercial and business awareness with a calm and measured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
• Proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
