My client, a major retail and wholesale distributor in West Dublin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll Executive to join their new team. This position will report into the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process for multiple independent retailers as part of a Payroll Shared Service Centre.
- Process necessary payments and deductions weekly using Success Factors Employee Central and integrated technologies.
- Handle payroll queries from independent retailers and support them in managing data for accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Revenue regulations in all payments processed and prepare relevant reports and payroll analysis.
- Process joiners and leavers in the system as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in ROI and UK payroll, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant compliance such as PAYE Modernisation.
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills, with the ability to handle confidential information accurately.
- Proficiency in payroll software systems and/or strong computer skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to follow payroll processes meticulously.
- IPASS Qualification or working towards a qualification is desirable, along with experience in SAP Success Factors EC and ECP system.
