Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to oversee local and statutory reporting for their Leasing division. Reporting directly to the Finance VP, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in variance analysis and risk escalation, fostering a culture of accountability among the Leasing Accounting Analysts. The Job

• Provide accounting support to senior management, corporate finance, and external auditors.
• Prepare and analyze financial results in accordance with IFRS, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
• Manage period-end close and financial reporting, including variance analysis and IRE results monitoring.
• Prepare statutory reporting as per IRE accounting standards and support off-balance sheet treatment of IRE debt structures.
• Coordinate with the Syndications function to accurately reflect syndication asset values and entries.

The Candidate

• BA/BS degree in accounting or finance; CPA required, MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting, with 4-5 years in management.
• Expertise in financial instruments and transactions, particularly leasing and derivatives.
• Proficiency in IFRS and strong Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
