Our client, a leading global law firm with a strong presence in the technology, media, and digital sectors, is seeking a Senior Associate, Commercial Technology, for their growing Dublin office. This is a newly created role, ideal for a Senior Associate specializing in commercial law, particularly with experience in technology and digital services.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience: A minimum of 6 years' PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) from a large law firm or significant technology expertise from a boutique law firm.
Commercial Law Expertise: Extensive experience in commercial law, specifically with contracts involving technology and digital services.
Practical Legal Advice: A proven ability to provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice that aligns with client objectives.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent ability to work effectively with international teams.
Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated capability to support business development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
