Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Director and Senior Management Team in strategic decision-making and operational planning.
- Manage the finance function, overseeing a skilled Finance Manager and a finance team.
- Lead efforts in refinancing and scaling the business to enhance shareholder value.
- Advise on strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives to ensure the business is investor-ready.
- You have proven experience in a senior finance role, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- You have been key to driving business growth through effective financial strategies and operational scaling.
- Experienced in advising on investment decisions and enhancing shareholder value.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with senior management and external partners.
