You are a Finance Director with:
- Strategic and commercial expertise in preparing businesses for investment, refinancing, or sale
- Strong capability in financial planning, forecasting, capital structuring, and cash flow management
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing finance teams
- Someone who can “get their hands dirty”
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing to the Board level and partnering closely with investors
- Hands-on experience improving systems, processes, and reporting to support scalability and decision-making
- A proven track record leading finance in entrepreneurial, scaling, or PE-backed environments.
