Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Mutual Fund Accounting to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This pivotal leadership role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in fund accounting who are passionate about operational excellence, process optimization, and client engagement.
As Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding a high-performing team, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of fund accounting services. You’ll play a key role in enhancing operational workflows, supporting strategic initiatives, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The role

Lead the daily NAV production process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Act as a senior escalation point for complex NAV issues and provide expert guidance to the team on fund movement analysis and issue resolution.

Serve as the main operational contact for clients, managing inquiries, addressing challenges, and supporting new product launches.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that all client and internal deliverables meet agreed standards and timelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives related to audit support, process enhancements, and procedural updates.

10+ years of experience in fund accounting operations, with hands-on expertise in systems such as Invest One strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of fund structures and regulatory requirements, particularly UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs.

Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing successful teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including experience liaising with auditors and external data providers.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to operational improvements.
