Our client is a European Wealth Manager providing investment services to sophisticated clients across Europe. They now wish to hire a Relationship Director to work with their operations in Ireland.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families, family offices, pension funds and institutional clients. The position centres on delivering bespoke wealth management services to sophisticated investors.

The Role
You'll act as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families, family offices, pension funds and institutional clients. The position centres on delivering bespoke wealth management services to sophisticated investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Win new business and expand relationships
- Provide comprehensive financial advice across investments, banking, trust & estate planning, and wealth structuring
- Understand market and sector trends, regulatory environment, and client-specific opportunities to inform strategy
- Communicate value propositions clearly and negotiate mutually advantageous terms.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory frameworks
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Substantial experience working with HNW, UHNW and family office clients.
- Demonstrable business development and client acquisition success
- Deep knowledge of investment products, portfolio structuring, credit solutions, and trust/estate concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Graduate in business, economics or related discipline
- Professional qualification
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and adaptability to regulatory and technological shifts
Desirable Extras
- Experience with family governance and multi-generational wealth planning
- Understanding wider Irish, EU and UK tax or estate regimes
