We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support driving productivity and efficiency. This role will help deliver change initiatives, reduce operating costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Support projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Monitor progress of initiatives and support effective change management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of improvements
- Analyse data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Document processes, highlight gaps, and propose improvements
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt (preferred)
- Project management certification (preferred)
- 3–5 years’ experience in business improvement/change initiatives
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
