Our client, a leading law firm based in the city centre, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and business partner for several legal and business services departments across the firm
- Manage a variety of day-to-day HR operational activities
- Supporting and coaching people managers on a range of HR matters in compliance with relevant HR policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners across all departments
- Work collaboratively with the HR operations team in a proactive manner to deliver innovative, practical and strategic solutions in areas such as employee engagement and change management
- Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and the HR Director on projects
Ideal candidate
- 5+ years’ experience in professional services.
- Strong background in employee relations and operational HR delivery.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
- Excellent communication, IT, and analytical skills, with experience in HR reporting.
- High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement when managing complex matters.
