Administrator - Transitions Analyst - 6 month Mat leave Ctc

My Client, a global financial Services bank is looking to appoint a Senior Administrator for their Transitions Team. Dublin base permanent role.

As a Senior Administrator within the Transitions team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful onboarding, restructuring, and termination of client mandates. You will ensure that all transition events are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with governance and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end client transition processes, including fund launches, closures, and restructures.

• Liaise with internal teams, custodians, asset managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition events.

• Monitor timelines and deliverables to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.

• Prepare and review transition documentation, reporting, and reconciliations.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practice.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fund administration, transitions, or investment operations, ideally within an international financial services environment.

• Strong knowledge of fund structures, custody operations, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
