Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office's day-to-day activities while supporting broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate with various departments to manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, maintaining a well-functioning workspace.
- Support team members by organising schedules, meetings, and communications to promote seamless collaboration.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Assist in budget management and tracking expenses related to office operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role,
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and handle internal and external interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to adapt to new technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
