Our client manufactures construction products for export in the Midlands. They now seek an experienced Finance and Operations Director to drive growth and operational excellence.

- Can lead Operations, Manufacturing, HR, Finance.
- Manage a manufacturing business from raw materials to production to supply chain.
- Drive efficiency, with empathy, putting your people first.
- Is data driven and has a strong grounding in finance.
- Get things done and is client focussed.
- 10+ years’ experience in General/Financial Management in manufacturing and/or construction.
- Proven leadership in Finance & Operations.
- Strategic, analytical and people-focused with excellent communication.
