- Communicate solution designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance during solution development and integration.
- Monitor emerging technologies and advise on potential business benefits.
- Support knowledge management, documentation, and change management activities.
- Salesforce Certified, with strong expertise in Salesforce solution design, data models, and integration.
- Experience with cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Background in healthcare or insurance technology is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
