Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Dublin, is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity to enter a high-performing finance team, reporting to the CFO and working directly with the commercial team.

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly management account packs
- Lead and manage a finance team
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise performance, manage costs, and drive efficiencies.
- Oversee the annual audit process and ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to align with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor costs and prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
- Manage stock control processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and stronger internal controls.
Ideal candidate
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a financial management role within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in stock control and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
