We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to drive the performance and productivity of our global sales organisation across the UK, Ireland, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
As a key member of the Go-to-Market team, you’ll design and deliver enablement programmes that equip our customer-facing teams with the tools, knowledge, and skills to excel in competitive, fast-paced markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to build scalable enablement processes from the ground up and directly impact revenue growth across regions.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with commercial priorities and revenue goals.
- Design and deliver engaging training, onboarding, and development programmes tailored to regional needs.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, product, and operations efforts.
- Create impactful sales content including playbooks, competitive guides, and process documentation.
- Track programme effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Optimise CRM (Salesforce) and enablement tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration across global teams.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales enablement, training, or operations within a global or multi-regional organisation.
- Background in quota-carrying sales roles (B2B, SaaS, or enterprise preferred).
- Proven success in developing enablement initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills with cross-cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and enablement platforms.
