Manager - Board Support – Remote
Our client, a global organisation, is seeking a Manager, Board Support to join their dedicated Fund Governance team.
Key points:
• You can work fully remotely – but you must be living in Ireland
• You must have experience as a 'funds' company secretary (3+ years)
• There are 3 direct reports, so people management/mentoring experience is a requirement
• This department focuses on ‘minute taking’, so you must be proficient in minute taking
• You must be ICSA qualified
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and produce high-quality minutes for client Board meetings.
• Review and finalise Board minutes to ensure accuracy before internal circulation.
• Circulate approved Board minutes to internal stakeholders
• Monitor and track the team's deliverables
• Manage and monitor the performance of direct reports, providing feedback and guidance.
• Act as the primary contact and subject matter expert for queries from junior team members.
• Train and mentor junior staff to build expertise and maintain service standards.
• Assist with the recruitment process for the Board Support team.
